  1. 2 Chemiluminescence Immunoanalyzers were donated to Stanley Medical College Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nādu and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
This Beckman Coulter DXI 800 Analyzer has a throughput of 200 tests/hr will make point of care testing like covid antibodies, Ferritin, D Dimer, troponin, IL6, CRP etc. easy. This device costs $80,000 each.
  2. Hematology and Biochemistry analyzers recently to 2 hospitals run by Sadbhavana Trust in South Gujarat, Vadli and Kalsar at a cost of around $40,000. This is a small hospital that delivers care in a non-profit fashion run by a dedicated group of people with intent to taking healthcare to remote places.
  3. Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care (SRLC) (srmd.org), a non-profit organization serving rural Gujarat area of Dharampur is building a 250-bed hospital. It is commissioned by Prime Minister of India recently. We contributed towards central monitoring equipment for the neonatal and adult ICU and operating theaters at a cost of $100,000. No patient’s care here is turned down for lack of funds. SRLC supports underprivileged population in 400+ villages!

Criteria to fund these projects- Kind of service the health system is delivering. Is it benefiting lower economic strata? Is it non-profit or government run organization? Is there a good human capital involved in the system? Is there a good group of people who can make this equipment fruitful? With AAPI being an organization representing physicians from all parts of India, concerted attempt made to allocate to all the states with relief work going to about 20 states so far.
